Paleolithic Diet: Days 25, 26 & 27

Day 25:

Day 25 was Friday… again I was far too busy to post before getting ready to go away for the weekend!! Therefore… no food log!

Day 26:

Breakfast: Bacon and 2 Eggs cooked in Coconut Oil

Snack: 2 Nectarines

Lunch: Fruit and Avocado Salad

- 1/2 cup Romaine

- 1/2 cup Mixed Greens

- 1 Nectarine, chopped

- 1 Handful Blueberries

- 2 stalks Celery, sliced

- 2 Tbsp fresh Coconut

Snack: 6 Figs

Dinner: N/A

Snack: 1 Apple

Physical and Emotional Changes:

1. Not entirely sure, but I believe the salt content of the bacon made me puff up. My glands swelled up for a day.

Day 27:

Breakfast: 1.5lbs Fresh Black Cherries

Snack: 1 Apple

Lunch: 6 Figs

Snack: 1 Tbsp Coconut Butter

Dinner: Beef Patty w/2 Eggs and Salad

- 1 Pure Beef Patty

- 2 Omega-3 Eggs

- 1/2 cup Romaine

- some Blueberries

- 1 Avocado

Snack: N/A
